Return window

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Item condition

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all brand tags and packaging intact.

Store credit only

Refunds are not issued to the original payment method. Approved returns are credited as Capella Store Credit, which never expires and can be used toward future purchases.
